These are my main works that began in 1985. They are at present only in Finnish. And the place to see them is 'Isot Työt'.

There could be something interesting for you - the literature or in Finnish 'Kirjallisuus'. There you can see the books I have been reading for my works.

• 1985 work was the first one - creativity, the satisfaction of the customer on service industry, the Wholeness, and so on.
• 1986 work was addition to that - know thyself was the main subject.
• 1996 work - it was the final work that showed, what makes a person satisfied, the good service and the quality were the main subjects. It was the final addition to the behavior of human being.
• 1998 work - considered the concept of the learning organization and it gave insight to the defensive system of the human beings in the ordinary life and also in the organization. Everybody who meet consciously or unconsciously something that is threatening the me of the person triggers the defense of me and this is useless waste of time in the organization.
• Then is the work with the Bible.
