At that time I started to think, that it is not enough to explain the feelings of the consumer that buys a trip. I have to enplane also the feelings of the buyer who buys hard goods. I made an example of the owner of Mercedes Benz. He feels good. He feels that he is better person, when he has that kind of car. What makes him better?

• He made a good buy. In the advertises they say, that MB is the best car. He has it now. He is better!
• He made a good deal. He bargained well. He is better!
• He is driving well. He is better!
• He can use the different things in the car well. He is better!
• He is driving the car and the people are watching. He is better!

So the buyer and the user of the car gives himself the strokes and unconsciously he feels himself better. He gives himself the feeling of satisfaction. As you see in the back side there is the Perception of the development meaning, that the behavior of all the people is based to the seeking of the satisfaction. People reach a temporary feeling of the satisfaction, but it never lasts long. So the basic guide in the human behavior is the insufficiency. And the only way to be a little bit better is to own values and to buy things that have the value.

That is the way the people get the stokes and will get the feeling of satisfaction.
